All information provided during account registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If any of your details change, you must inform ck979 immediately. ck979 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided.

Account Security and Responsibility
Users are required to keep their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and secure. Sharing login details with a third party or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
All activity carried out from an account — bets, deposits, withdrawals, and any other transactions — is the sole responsibility of the user, unless they have notified ck979 in time about unauthorised access.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ck979 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any method not listed above will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below this limit cannot be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
ck979 generally processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of receipt. However, technical issues with the banking system or the need for security verification may cause some requests to take longer.
4.4 Transaction Verification
ck979 may request additional information or documents at any time to verify the authenticity of a transaction. The relevant withdrawal will remain on hold until the verification process is complete. This is necessary for the security and financial safety of the platform.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ck979 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. This means if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — giving you a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to place ৳10,000 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
- The contribution of each game towards wagering requirements when betting with bonus funds may vary.
- If a violation of the rules is suspected, ck979 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses cannot be claimed from more than one account.
5.4 VIP and Cashback Program
ck979's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Players have the opportunity to move up to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. Specific conditions may apply to claiming VIP cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ck979 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games available on the platform are operated by certified providers and use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, in the case of an incomplete bet due to a technical error, ck979 will make an appropriate decision. In sports betting, bets will be settled after the official announcement of the event result.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a technical error in any game or service results in an incorrect payout, ck979 reserves the right to correct that amount. Winnings not legitimately earned may be voided. In such cases, ck979's decision is final.

- In the event of a dispute over a game result, ck979's server records are the final authority.

Prohibited Activities
